Oliver Ashton is 35, 6'4", clean cut with short sandy brown wavy blonde hair, sea blue eyes. got his looks from his mother. 

Oliver, the third lawyer in his family is from the law firm of Barrett, Morgan and Bennett.   His father was the attorney for both James's uncle and James after his uncle’s death.  Oliver III took over when his father retired at the age of 65. Young Oliver had assisted in several cases on behalf of James and TLR.

Oliver III's mother's name is Kara and she is a wound care nurse at the local hospital in Masonville. 

Oliver III is married to Emily (Stanton) Barrett who is 31, with long auburn hair, green eyes She is 5' 10" and very pretty. She is a paralegal which is how they met.  

They have two boys, Jalen James Barrett, also known as JJ, age 4; and Kelsey Owen Barrett, age 6.

Oliver has a younger brother named Edward Lucas Barrett who is 30 years old, 6'1", collar length auburn hair, blue eyes and sports a mustache.

He is a much sought-after architect.
